Product Description

DESCRIPTION

Ready to use grey cement based polymer modified non-shrink, self- curing tile adhesive for Door tiles axing. It provides excellent adhesion and waterproofing properties.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface should be sound and clean, free from dust, grease, oil, loose material, paint etc. Movement joints to be Filled with suitable joint Fller. The surface must be in SSD condition before application

APPLICATION INFORMATION MIXING

Mix 20kg bag of PG-150 in Approx 5.5 to 6litre of clean water and mix thoroughly until a slump free mortar is achieved. Mix with a trowel or slop speed drills for homogeneous mix. Allow it to slake for 5 minutes. Mix the required quantity, which can be used within the desired pot life.

APPLICATION

Spread the adhesive uniformly on the surface as required with proper notch trowel to get the required depth of 3-6mm. Place the tile on the adhesive surface and press FIrmly into position with a slight twisting action, ensure that good contact is maintained to the back of each tile, eliminating the possibility of any air voids. Tiles should be applied within 15 to 20 minutes of adhesive being applied. Keep adequate joints between two tiles using spacers. Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints.

PRECAUTIONS

Always add powder to water and never add water to powder. Not recommended for wall tiling, and tile on tile application. Never add excess water than recommended. Surface should be hard and in sound condition for Door tiling. Do not use in damp Conditions. Not recommended for tiling on paint, wood, metal and gypsum

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacturing. Store the material in cool and dry place away from moisture
