Product Description

DESCRIPTION

1. PG-600, is a one-pack premixed adhesive consisting from high quality cements, selected silica/quartz sands and specific additives with a high polymer content. It is suitable for laying marble and natural stone for interior and exterior application
2. PG-W600, is a white cementitious polymer modified tile adhesive for interior and exterior installation of glass tiles, natural stone, composite marble stone etc. It is suitable for laying in swimming pools or high traffic areas.
Note: PG-600 & W600 are ready to use flexi adhesive, also confirms to EN C2TE (TE, T = thixotropic / high sag resistance & E = extended open time)

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface should be sound and clean, free from dust, grease, oil, loose material, paint etc. Movement joints to be filled with suitable joint filler. The surface must be in SSD condition before application.

APPLICATION INFORMATION MIXING

Mix 20kg bag of PG-600 & W600 in approx. 6.5l to 6.75l of clean water and mix thoroughly until a slump free mortar is achieved. Mix with a trowel or slow speed drills for homogeneous mix. Allow it to slake for 5 minutes. Mix the required quantity, which can be used within the desired pot life, not exceeding 1m² area

APPLICATION

Spread the adhesive uniformly on the surface as required with proper notch trowel to get the required depth of 6-12mm. Place the tile on the adhesive surface and press firmly into position with a slight twisting action, ensure that good contact is maintained to the back of each tile, eliminating the possibility of any air voids. Tiles should be applied within 15 to 20 minutes of adhesive being applied. Keep adequate joints between two tiles using spacers. Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints.

PRECAUTIONS

Always add powder to water and never add water to powder. Never add excess water than recommended. Surface should be hard and in sound condition for floor tiling. Do not use in damp Conditions. Not recommended for tiling on paint, wood, metal and gypsum.
